Oh geeze dude, sounds like a rough day! To make you feel any better I was on hold the other night for a pizza order delivery right here on base. She answered told me to hold a moment and then put the actual receiver down while she went about her business for FIFTEEN minutes. I called the bowling alley next door with my cell phone to tell them to tell her to pick up the damn phone and take my order. Do you know she picked up the receiver and HUNG up on me! I was livid. I called back finally getting through as were other people hungry and had been waiting and getting busy signals I’m sure to place their orders….anyway. I gave someone my order after being told to “calm down” and I figured I should cause I didn’t want anyone spitting in my food. So do you an hour and 20 mins later I had to call and ask them to cancel my order because it was going on 9pm and I had to put the girls to bed. I drove up to McDonalds and went through the drive in ‘waiting on my pizza to come’. NO “if it’s isn’t there in 30 mins we’ll give it to ya free in Guam man!” Living on a postage stamp they can hold your pizza hostage and there’s not much you can do about it but be nice.

Next time they call put the bull horn in the DTV representatives’ ear.
